Returns & Replacements
All sales are final — I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or an error occurs on my end, I’ll gladly provide a refund or replace the affected items at no cost to you. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description so I can make it right.
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor settings and printing processes.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3–10 business days for production and shipping on standard shop orders. Delivery delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside of my control. Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissions require 3–12 weeks for development and shipping, depending on my current queue. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so slight variations will occur, which is considered part of the charm and authenticity of artisan work.
If you are unhappy with your custom piece, please reach out directly within 3 days of receiving it so we can discuss solutions or adjustments where possible. (Revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may incur an additional fee.)
